By downloading or using the HomeGlow AI app (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App. HomeGlow is operated from Armenia. Contact: [email protected].
You must be at least 13 (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use the App.
HomeGlow uses AI to generate redesigned images of spaces from photos you provide and instructions you give. Generation and certain features consume credits; some features require a PRO subscription. Credit costs, caps, and entitlements are enforced by our servers and may change.
Results are produced by AI models and are provided "as is." They may be inaccurate or unsuitable for construction, structural, or purchasing decisions — HomeGlow does not provide professional design, architectural, or contracting advice; verify anything important with a qualified professional. You keep your rights in the photos and prompts you submit, and grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit them to our providers solely to operate the service (see the Privacy Policy). As between you and HomeGlow, you may use the images you generate for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the law; AI outputs may not be eligible for certain intellectual-property protection, and similar outputs may be generated for other users. Free-tier results carry a visible watermark. You are responsible for the photos and prompts you submit and must have the rights to use them.
Don't use the App to create, upload, or share content that is sexual or that sexualizes any person; that depicts or may involve minors unsafely; that is violent, hateful, or harassing; that infringes others' intellectual-property or privacy rights; that depicts real, identifiable people without their consent; or that attempts to bypass our moderation, security, rate limits, or credit system. We moderate inputs, prompts, and outputs and may block, remove, or refuse content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Sharing to the Discover gallery is optional and requires your explicit consent; shared content becomes public only after human review. By sharing, you grant HomeGlow a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display that content within the service, and you represent you have the rights to share it. The community can report content and block creators; we may remove content or accounts at our discretion. You can stop sharing and delete your content and account in the App.
All purchases are made through Apple in-app purchase; we don't process payments outside the App Store and never receive your card details. Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple ID is charged at confirmation and on each renewal. Prices and periods are shown in the App and on the App Store at the time of purchase. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store settings (also linked from the App). Free trials or introductory offers convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before they end, per Apple's rules. Credits are a license to use features, have no cash value, and — except where required by law or Apple policy — are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple.
The App, its design, brand, and software are owned by HomeGlow and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose. The "HomeGlow" name, logo, and marks may not be used without permission.
The service and all AI outputs are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeGlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of USD 50 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or the law. You may stop using the App and delete your account and data at any time in Settings. We may update these Terms; we'll update the effective date and, for material changes, provide notice in the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This App is made available via the Apple App Store; Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App, but is a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce them.
