HomeGlow AI ("HomeGlow", "we", "us") is a mobile app that uses artificial intelligence to redesign photos of interior and exterior spaces. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. HomeGlow is operated from Armenia. Contact: [email protected].
We do not collect precise or coarse location, contacts, health data, financial account numbers, browsing history, or messages.
To provide the core service (generate and refine your designs); to run safety moderation on inputs, prompts, and outputs; to manage subscriptions and credits; to personalize the styles we show you; to operate the Discover gallery (including reporting, blocking, and human review); to improve the app and keep it stable; and for legal, security, and abuse prevention.
We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with providers who process it on our behalf:
Photos and prompts you submit are sent to third-party AI model providers to produce your results. Don't upload photos containing content you're not comfortable processing through third-party AI services, or that you don't have the right to use.
To comply with the law and App Store rules, HomeGlow automatically moderates inputs, prompts, and generated outputs and blocks prohibited content (including sexual, violent, or content that may involve minors). Content shared to the Discover gallery is reviewed by a human before it can appear publicly, and users can report or block content and creators.
We keep your photos, results, and account data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete account): this permanently removes your account record, purges your stored photos and results, and removes your shared Discover items. Some records may be retained where required by law or to prevent abuse. Backups and provider logs may persist for a limited period before being overwritten. Subscription records held by Apple follow Apple's own policies.
Before any tracking-related analytics, the app shows Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. The app is fully functional if you decline. Our only analytics destination is our own self-hosted analytics; we do not currently share data with third-party advertising networks or data brokers. You can delete your account and data in-app, and manage notifications and your subscription in iOS Settings.
HomeGlow is not directed to children under 13 (or the age of digital consent where you live). We don't knowingly collect data from children below that age, and our moderation is tuned to block content involving minors.
We operate from Armenia and use providers that may process data in other countries, including the EU and the United States, with appropriate safeguards where required. We protect data with encryption in transit, private (non-public) storage for your photos, and server-side access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data. The in-app account-deletion feature covers deletion directly; for other requests, contact us. We may update this policy and will change the effective date above; for material changes we'll provide notice in the app.
